Alberta OT for SEAS Work, CCP Quick Support, Permit Renewal

Looking for an Alberta OT for SEAS Work

All internationally educated occupational therapists (IEOTs) who wish to work as an OT in Canada must first complete the Substantial Equivalency Assessment System (SEAS) Program. SEAS is a single centralized process for the assessment of educational qualifications and competencies of IEOTs. SEAS determines whether the education and competencies are substantially equivalent to Canadian-educated OTs. See the ACOTRO website for more information about SEAS.

The Substantial Equivalency Assessment System (SEAS) process includes use of a Jurisprudence Knowledge Assessment Test (JKAT). Work is underway to update components of the JKAT. If you are interested in participating in this work, please refer to the JKAT Blueprint Development description and to JKAT Item Writing description for information and contact details.
