ATTENDING A VIRTUAL HEARING
Under the Health Professions Act, a hearing is open to the public unless the Hearing Tribunal directs that all or a portion is closed. ACOT hearings take place virtually. If you are interested in attending a hearing, you must pre-register with the Hearings Director 5 days prior to the hearing. Email: hearings.director@acot.ca to reserve.
Members of the public will be asked to complete and submit to the Hearings Director an Undertaking & Agreement prior to attending a hearing.
