Acting Against Racism & Intolerance, Council Election Results, New Website – June 5, 2020

Acting Against Racism and Intolerance

The events of the past week in the United States are a reminder of how racism and intolerance seriously and destructively effect individuals and society. ACOT is committed to looking internally to identify and address its own practices that may be rooted in a position of privilege. In the coming days we will outline the steps we are taking to do this. We will provide messaging from selected sources who have identified ways that individuals and systems can be allies in this most important work. We will strive to do this work earnestly and consistently, through individual and organizational journeys. We know that Canada has its own share of racism and intolerance. We invite you to join us in being part of the response.
