New Practice Guideline: Participation in Public Forums

Participation in public forums, including use of social media, attending public meetings for personal or professional reasons, networking, podcasting, etc., can be both beneficial and challenging to navigate as a regulated health professional.

The new Participation in Public Forums practice guideline provides clarification on ACOT’s balanced approach to regulation in this context. It also aims to provide ACOT registrants with practical guidance for responsible participation in public forms.
