Open Forum June 8, 2019
You’re invited to participate in Council’s open forum on Saturday June 8, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon in Calgary. This is your opportunity to bring forward issues, concerns, questions or any other matter you wish to share with Council, who welcomes your engagement!
The open forum will be held at the Winston Golf Club (2502 6 Street NE, Calgary, AB T2E 3Z3) and you are welcome to attend in person, by teleconference or Skype. If you would like to participate, please R.S.V.P to Mallory Foreman at Mallory.Foreman@acot.ca by Friday May 31st and let us know if you prefer to attend in person or join us via Skype or teleconference. Lunch will be available for participants after the open forum – please indicate whether you will also be joining us for lunch.

Continuing Competence Survey and Focus Groups
Thank you to the over 400 people who participated in the Continuing Competence Survey! The Competence Committee is now reviewing responses, and a report will be compiled this summer outlining results and recommendations. The report will be shared with all of ACOT’s registrants.
There were 99 people who indicated they would be interested in participating in an online focus group about the Continuing Competence Program. ACOT will hold 7 focus groups for this as follows:

Wednesday June 5th 12-1 p.m.
Wednesday June 5th 7-8 p.m.
Thursday June 6th 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Thursday June 6th 2-3 p.m.

Each session can accommodate up to 16 people, and we will fill the sessions on a first-come-first-served basis. We welcome your engagement in this important work!
