Recently two of ACOT’s staff, Mallory Foreman and Ambere Porter, moved on to outside organizations for career advancement opportunities. We are grateful for Mallory and Ambere’s time with ACOT and wish them both all the best in their future endeavors.
We are pleased to announce Shelley Blair is permanently taking on Ambere’s role with her new title of Operations Manager and Hearings Director. Jennifer Alonge and Benny Mutoni have moved into permanent roles with ACOT, as Registration and Communications Coordinators. Welcome to your new roles Shelley, Jennifer and Benny!
On the Council side of ACOT, we are saying farewell to Whitney McKenzie who has completed her three-year term on Council. Whitney always brought thoughtful questions and ideas to the role, and we wish her well as she moves on. Re-joining Council for a second term are Heidi Knupp and Carrie Hait who will both offer their wisdom and continuity as experienced Councillors. We also have two new members of Council joining us in September – Kristin Ward and Joyce Vayalumkal. We will welcome Kristin and Joyce with an orientation that includes mentorship, training opportunities and more.
