Director Policy and Practice

The Alberta College of Occupational Therapists is pleased to announce Angela Sekulic will be joining us as our new Director Policy and Practice, starting part time May 13, 2019, moving to full time effective June 3, 2019.

Angela is accomplished in clinical, policy, education and research areas. Through her work across the health care continuum she developed expertise in clinical practice areas ranging from mental health, seating and positioning, feeding and swallowing, lower leg assessment, palliative and end of life care, and home safety assessment among others. Angela completed her BSc in Occupational Therapy and her MSc in Rehabilitation Science at the University of Alberta. Her first project with the College will involve updating our Continuing Competence Program, as a supporting member of the Continuing Competence Committee.
