CCP Tips
There are 6 components of the Continuing Competence Program (CCP). Self Assessment, Initial Reflection, Goal Statement, Learning Activities, Learning Activity Records, Goals Status Reflection. 3 Components require a written reflection: Initial Reflection, Learning Activity Record and Goal Status Reflection. The focus of the reflection is different for the 3 components.
The Goal Status Reflection ties together the content from all the Learning Activities you engaged in to achieve your goal. Think of it as a macro perspective of what you accomplished over the year. Directly relate this reflection to your goal statement. This reflection provides a retrospective summary of why it was important to fill this gap in your practice and how your competence evolved.
