Become a Renewal Pro – Just Released
The Become a Renewal Pro video is a step-by-step guide to ACOT’s 4-Step Renewal Process designed to help you renew with confidence.
The video walks you through each step:
Step 1: Completing your profile update
Step 2: Wrapping up your 2025–26 CCP, including the College Selected requirement
Step 3: Initiating your 2026–27 CCP
Step 4: Completing your declarations and submitting payment
You’ll receive clear guidance on CCP expectations, including what counts as an acceptable reflection and how to apply a Reflective Practice lens across your CCP. The 26minute video also highlights key Early Bird and General Renewal deadlines, common delays, and must-know Renewal Pro Tips, including the importance of carefully reading all CCP prompts and renewal declarations, and ensuring your payment is submitted by February 28.
Watch Become a Renewal Pro to feel prepared and organized, avoid surprises, and complete your renewal smoothly. Access the video here or in the CCP Resources, along with other Renewal & CCP documents.

Renewal Reminders
ACOT staff take pride in replying promptly to phone calls, emails and approving profile updates. However, as call/email volumes increase during the renewal period, delays may ensue. You can help by renewing your permit well before the February 28, 2026 deadline and by giving staff 2-5 days to respond rather than calling or emailing again. Registrant questions will be responded to as soon as possible in the order they are received.
Important!! – remember to:
• login in to cancel your practice permit if you are not planning to renew,
• renew before 11:59pm on Saturday February 14, 2026, to get the$550 early-bird renewal rate.
Those renewing between Feb 15-28, 2026, will be invoiced for the full renewal fee of $650.
