We are pleased to share an important update to your registrant platform. Registrants, who want to cancel their registration with ACOT, now have the option to do so directly through their online profile. This new self-service option allows you to cancel your registration more easily, without the need for additional forms or emails.
If you want to cancel your registration, simply log in to your profile, and go to the “Change My Registration” section of the dashboard and click the “Change” button. You will be asked to confirm if you want to cancel and then you will be redirected to the four-step cancellation process. Again, you will be asked to confirm your choice before it is finalized. If you have made a mistake by selecting this option, simply select “Withdraw” at the bottom of the page.
