If you are experiencing issues logging into your Alinity (ACOT) website or accessing your ACOT Public Directory today, please check the URL you are using.
Check for saved URLs that include “V6” to indicate Alinity Version 6—for example:
https://demov6.alinityapp.com
vs.
https://demo.alinityapp.com/ (current format, without “V6”)
Several years ago, Alinity (ACOT’s database provider) transitioned away from using “V6” in URLs and set up automatic redirects to ensure that older links continued to work. However, those redirects have recently expired.
If your login or public directory URLs still include “V6”, you will need to update them by removing “V6” from the address. For example, change https://acotv6.alinityapp.com/ to https://acot.alinityapp.com/.
