Competencies for OT Practice

The updated Competencies for Occupational Therapists in Canada document is now available (also available in French). The Competencies for Occupational Therapists in Canada reflect the broad range of skills and abilities required of all occupational therapists in Canada at every stage of their career. All occupational therapists are expected to stay informed and understand how to apply these competencies to their practice.

An eLearning Module which provides an overview of the highlights of the updated competencies is available. If you are viewing this module as part of the registration process for new applicants and re-applicants, you will need to fill out the proof of completion form.
